Free batch watermarks for photos—without uploading

Product shots, portfolios, event albums—you need a mark on a whole set, and you do not want to drop originals into a random “online watermark” site. Upload means the files leave your device. You wait in a queue. You wonder what stays behind. Large packs make that worse.

Stampdrop does local batch watermarks in the browser: drop images, set text or a logo, export or ZIP. On the live free path, treat it as an unlimited-count tool—aligned with the site’s own copy. No invented caps on this page.

1. Batch stamping without sending originals to a random site

One photo in a desktop app is fine. Dozens or hundreds push people toward “online batch watermark” search results. Many of those sites want an upload first.

If you care whether originals leave the machine, check whether the tool composes locally. Stampdrop’s main path is browser-local compose. Marking client proofs with “sample,” “for reference only,” or a brand logo is the same job—batch, visible, without parking the set on a stranger’s server.

Indie sellers and freelancers hit this weekly: a folder of product crops, a last-minute client proof, a family album you only want to share with a soft mark. The goal is not fancy design software. It is a repeatable stamp that finishes on your device.

2. Stampdrop: local batch, unlimited on the free path

Open Stampdrop and follow the page for batch and export. The free main path does not require an account just to finish stamping—per live product.

“Unlimited” means the product does not advertise a hard file-count ceiling. Your laptop memory and browser still set the real limit. If the tab slows down, split the batch. A hot fan is a signal to shrink the run, not to blame the watermark engine. Support: [email protected].

Keep source and stamped exports in separate folders. That small habit stops you from re-sending an unmarked ZIP by mistake after you already stamped.

3. Drag JPG/PNG/WEBP → set mark → export/ZIP

  1. 1. Drag or pick JPG / PNG / WEBP (aligned with the live tool).
  2. 2. Set a text watermark or logo, placement, and style.
  3. 3. Export singles or download a ZIP.

Try one image first—opacity, corner vs center, readability on busy backgrounds—then run the whole pack. Less rework.

Style and export detail live elsewhere when you need them: logo placement on product shots → product photo logo; export feel → export formats & quality. For “for reference only” wording and limits, see reference-copy watermark notice.

4. What “local” means in one sentence

Compose and ZIP finish in the browser—you do not upload originals to Stampdrop’s servers to complete those steps. Optional companion (Chinese deep-dive until an EN privacy page ships): local batch & privacy.

That one line is the privacy boundary this page needs. It is not a claim that your laptop works offline forever, or that no other site ever touches a file you later choose to upload yourself.

5. HEIC → Heiclocal; GPS → Metastrip; style topics

This page answers the search cluster “free, batch, no upload.” Style tutorials and the strip-then-stamp checklist stay in their own guides.
